Services

Three ways in. Each has a shape, an output, and an end.

I consult independently; my current assignment is with Osoul Consulting Group, and I am open to the right senior full-time role. If what you need sits between these engagements, say so and we will size it properly.

Two to three weeks

Fixed scope, fixed price. Remote or on site.

Architecture assessment

An independent read of where you actually are: cloud estate, application and solution architecture, data movement, integrations and the external dependencies nobody has written down. Evidence first, opinions second.

You receive

  • Findings report with severity and evidence
  • Prioritised remediation roadmap
  • Risk register for dependencies you did not know you had
  • Walkthroughs for engineering and executive audiences

Right for

  • Due diligence before a modernisation budget is committed
  • Estates that grew faster than their governance
  • A second opinion on a vendor's target architecture
Four to eight weeks

Scoped after a short discovery call. Works alongside your analysts and leads.

Discovery to blueprint

From a business problem to a buildable target architecture, shaped around your landscape rather than a reference diagram. Cloud, hybrid, on premises, SAP or a genuine mix.

You receive

  • Functional and non-functional requirements agreed with stakeholders
  • Solution, data, integration and infrastructure architecture
  • Decision records with the trade-offs stated
  • A documentation repository your team owns afterwards

Right for

  • New platforms with many integration points
  • Process orchestration across SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Introducing AI or agentic workflows into governed processes
Retained, monthly

A fixed number of days per month, reviewed quarterly.

Architecture authority

For teams with capable engineers but nobody to hold the technical line. A senior architect on call for the decisions that are expensive to reverse.

You receive

  • Design and code review at architectural level
  • Engineering standards and review-board participation
  • Vendor, RFP and build-versus-buy assessment
  • Mentoring for your architects and leads

Right for

  • Scale-ups formalising their first architecture function
  • Enterprises between architects
  • Programmes that need a technical voice at steering level

Where this applies

The engagements above are the shape of the work. These are the problems they are usually applied to.

Digital transformation

Processes that outgrow paper, email and spreadsheets

Turning approvals, correspondence and operational routines into governed digital workflows with audit trails, role-based authority and real-time visibility, across SAP, Microsoft and custom platforms.

Legacy modernisation & migration

Moving estates without a big bang nobody will authorise

Baseline and target architecture, incremental migration paths to Azure or AWS, hybrid landing zones, and the data and integration work that decides whether the cutover holds.

Custom software development

Systems no product on the market quite fits

End-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, from domain model to production: .NET, Java or TypeScript backends, modern web and mobile frontends, CI/CD and observability from day one, with a build team assembled for the work.

Enterprise solution extensions

Making SAP, Dynamics and Power Platform do what your business actually does

Composite applications, process orchestration and integration on top of packaged platforms: SAP BTP, PI/PO and BPM, UI5/Fiori, Dynamics, Power Platform and SharePoint, with clean contracts to everything around them.

Common questions

Where do you work from?

Doha and Cairo, with regular travel. Nordic clients have been served remotely with periodic on-site weeks since 2021.

Can you work inside our SAP landscape?

Yes. SAP PI/PO, BPM/BRM, BTP, NetWeaver Gateway and UI5/Fiori have been core to a decade of delivery. The interesting work is usually where SAP meets everything else.

Do you build, or only advise?

Both. I stay hands on in C#/.NET, TypeScript, Java and Python, and every engagement produces artefacts a team can build from. For custom development a delivery team is assembled for the work rather than assumed.

Are you open to full-time roles?

For the right scope, yes: director or principal-level architecture and engineering leadership. Consulting engagements continue in parallel until then.
